We're Jhony and Yoselyn Pichardo — a husband-and-wife team who turned a shared dream into a family business.
Our Story
Twenty years ago, we started doing small construction jobs in Miami and Fort Lauderdale. Back then, it was just the two of us — Jhony swinging the hammer, Yoselyn keeping everything organized. We took on remodeling projects, one kitchen at a time, one bathroom at a time.
Somewhere along the way, we fell in love with building. Not just fixing things — but creating homes from the ground up. Custom kitchens that families gather in. Bathrooms that feel like a retreat after a long day. We found our passion in luxury home construction, and we never looked back.
Why Naples?
A year ago, we made a big decision. We moved our family to Naples and built our own dream home in Golden Gate. It was our way of practicing what we preach — if we're going to build dream homes for others, we should know what that feels like ourselves.
Today, our three kids attend Golden Gate Elementary. We're members of the Naples Chamber of Commerce. We give back to local causes because this community has welcomed us with open arms. Naples isn't just where we work — it's home.
A Proud Military Family
We're also a military family. Our two elder sons are Navy officers, currently stationed overseas serving our country. Their dedication and discipline inspire how we run our business — with integrity, hard work, and a commitment to doing things right.

While Jhony leads operations in the field, Yoselyn runs the backbone of our business as Chief Operating Officer. She oversees the critical infrastructure that transforms plans into reality — ensuring every permit clears, every material arrives on schedule, and every project stays on track from start to finish.
Her sharp attention to detail and proactive approach mean potential roadblocks get resolved before they become problems. Whether it's navigating complex permit requirements across multiple jurisdictions, sourcing specialty materials under tight deadlines, or coordinating with building departments to keep projects moving, Yoselyn ensures nothing falls through the cracks.
Beyond project logistics, Yoselyn manages corporate compliance, vendor relationships, and the day-to-day operations that allow our team to focus on what they do best — building exceptional homes. Her ability to anticipate challenges and maintain seamless coordination across all moving parts is what allows us to deliver projects on time, every time.

After 20 years in residential construction in South Florida — mainly focused on remodeling, home additions, and new construction — coupled with consulting in insurance claims on behalf of homeowners, Elvis has taken a more behind-the-scenes role with the messaging of our brand.
As a partner and associate, he's responsible for the online presence of the company — managing the website, social media profiles, content, and messaging. Always with the interest of the homeowner in mind, Elvis ensures that every digital interaction reflects the mission of JY Mega FC Construction: to always do the job right and to the letter of the law and requirements of the Florida Building Code.
His deep understanding of construction, combined with firsthand experience advocating for homeowners in complex insurance claims, gives him a unique perspective. Elvis knows what matters most to clients because he's walked in their shoes — navigating permits, managing expectations, and ensuring projects meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.
