The Brief

A home built to our own standard

After more than twenty years building homes for other families across Naples and Southwest Florida, in the Golden Gate Estates area, founders Johny Pichardo and Yoselin Nunez built one for themselves — a 4,500 square foot lakefront residence designed around a single idea: luxury that feels like living in nature, not above it.

The vision was Yoselin's: refined enough to satisfy a discerning eye, restrained enough to never feel presumptuous. Size and finish in service of calm. The result is a five-bedroom, five-bath home that sits quietly on its lake, where the water does the showing off.

The approach

Every trade that mattered, we self-performed — the same way we run every JY Mega project. Slab to metal roof, framing to finish, a single accountable team carried the home through Collier County permitting and sixteen months of construction. Materials were chosen for the way they hold up to Florida's heat, humidity, and storms, not just for the way they photograph.

The result

A residence we live in and stand behind — proof, in concrete and quartz, of the standard we hold every client's project to. Twenty-plus years and 450+ completed builds led here. This is the one we point to.

The Standout

A screened pool that lives on the lake

The heart of the home: a screen-enclosed pool and lanai set right at the water's edge, with a wood-clad ceiling and walls of glass. Enclosed so it's enjoyed year-round — through the heat, through the storms, through the season most lanais sit empty.
